"The Order of the Stick" (giantitp.com/comics) by Rich Burlew is a comedic Web comic that satirizes tabletop role-playing games and medieval fantasy. Taking place in a magical world that operates (loosely) by the rules of the 3.5 edition of "Dungeons and Dragons," the comic follows the often farcical exploits of six adventurers as they strive to save the world from an evil lich sorcerer. Much of the comic's humor stems from the characters' awareness of the game rules that affect their lives and from their having anachronistic knowledge of modern culture. This in turn is often used by the author to parody various aspects of role-playing games and fantasy fiction. While primarily comedic in nature, "The Order of the Stick" features a continuing and sometimes serious storyline.

This torrent collects all "Order of the Stick" comics from the strip's premiere in 2003 through the end of the "Blood Runs in the Family" storyline in February 2014. The strips are collected in CBR files arranged by storyline. Also included are the two published volumes of background stories, "On the Origin of PCs" and "Start of Darkness," as well as the alternate-storyline strips that appeared for a while in "Dragon" magazine. I did not scan the books or the "Dragon" magazine strips; that material came from torrents originally uploaded by others. Everything else was downloaded directly from the comic's Web site.
