One Piece Episode 620 HQv2 720p x264 HE-AACv2 Eng-Softsubs ~225mb by jnx_r

Hello everyone, I will be doing weekly episodes from this week. I stopped encoding last month due to HDD problems and my workflow needed an update too. Finally found the time to get it all done and everything is sorted now. I am planning to encode all episodes after 620 for as long as I can. This episode is a sample of what is to come. The HE-AACv2 audio codec used retains 95% + transparency. Compare it with CR rips, and you will see a small difference. There are improvements to Video as well. Frame rate is now at a constant 29.97fps, and video bitrate has been bumped to ~1200kbps. Chapters are included too. Compare them to my previous releases, and others as well. Initially I was planning on going with 200mb file size, but then chose to go with 225. Though there is a 12% size difference, the quality doesn't seem much different. Let me know what your thoughts, is it good~bad?
