This is an ISO Tools decrypted ISO that is set up to work with 3K3y on an OFW PS3 [NO KEYS] but also works with a CFW PS3 with 3k3y [encrypted ISO]. It also works on CFW without 3k3y. Just extract files with WinRAR and there's your jailbreak or scene release that we are all so familiar with. You should be able to get it working with Cobra and E3 as well with some tweaking.
