If by latest version you mean if it's patched to the official 1.2 version, then yes. If you're asking me if this is the latest GOG release however, i honestly don't know. Version 2.1.x.x might be the latest GOG release, but until someone decides to share it, i guess you guys are stuck with this one :/

The GOG Wikia is severely outdated, so you can't take it as a reliable source.

Take Earth 2150 Trilogy for example, the GOG Wiki states the latest version is 1.0.0.5, yet i've uploaded version 2.0.0.8 last month. And going to upload version 2.1.0.9 / 2.1.0.10 soon. The same goes for both Blood games and hundreds of others.

So the only way to know for sure which is the latest version is if you buy it. (Unless GOG will chose to display the game version at the game's page in the near future)
