Noir (Complete) [BRRiP 1080p Dual Audio AAC HEVC x265-EvM]

This is a re-encode of "[deanzel] Noir [BD 1080p Hi10p Dual Audio FLAC]" but shrunk down using the x265 codec. It has both English and Japanese audio tracks for all episodes and multiple English subtitles. There were 2 commentary tracks, one on Episode 15 and another on Episode 16 but I removed them as they really add nothing to the series. Other than that it's virtually the same as the source.

This is a HEVC (X265) release; You must have the correct codecs installed, a media player that can play HEVC, and have hardware capable of playback, such as a dual core desktop processor.
