Meh, I had to login for this to work. Anyways, Simplifying the terminal commands for the unix newbies here:
1. Open terminal (google that if you don't know how to)\n
[Make sure that the Neverwinter Nights 2 game folder that you downloaded is in the ~/Downloads/ directory in your home]\n
2. Copy paste the following into the terminal and press enter:\n
First this:\n
chmod 777 ~/Downloads/Neverwinter Nights 2 - Mac - [h33t] [atlan]/Neverwinter Nights 2 [K].app/Contents/MacOS/iPatcher\n
Then this:\n
sudo chmod -R 777 /Applications/Neverwinter Nights 2/Neverwinter Nights 2.app/Contents/\n
[enter your root password when asked]\n
Then continue from step 5. at user laurens.speenhoff's post. You use the cracked patch on the games installed .app file.\n
[pasting from laurens.speenhoff]:\n
5.Patch the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 app:\n
Open the previous file (iPatcher) you just have decrypted.(step 3)\n
You will get a small window and it says you could choose between drag and drop and browse, for the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 (you have installed at step 2) app.\n
Close this small message and press browse (just an button), this is safer then drag and drop.\n
Search for your original neverwinter nights 2 app, it should be at the application folder on your hard drive (be sure it is not the [K] app where the iPatcher was located!!)\n
The patcher should patch the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 app, when prompted: give your password for changes to overcome.\n
When there is an error with the subject Permissions, you need to change the Privileges (again) or you forgot a/some files to change!! (then go change it and do this step again).\n
When successful, close the terminal window and the other windows.\n
6.Open the NWN 2 Serial.rtf file and copy the serial code, just press cmd-a (all selected) and press cmd-c (copy)\n
7. Open the Neverwinter Nights 2 app you have modified (the installed app in the application folder)\n
And when prompted (you will prompted), type (paste, cmd-v) the just copied serial in that window.\n
If you DONT see this window (when the app is asking for a serial), there is something error'ish going on, then please look at a few steps back and then it will be fine.\n
8. Congratz you can now play and run Neverwinter Nights 2!!

Hey all, just downloaded and instal it and stuff.
Must say there is some bullshit going on here.\n
Some people really don't know it all works. \n
Thats why i wrote some tutorial for this. (love to help)\n
Hang on and sit tight and please follow this sep-by-step.\n
1. Download\n
2. (mount the .dmg file)) Instal to your hard drive, no other.\n
Instal completed?\n
3. Decrypt the iPatch file:\n
Go to the file:
Simple get package contents from the Never Winter Nights 2 [K] app in the torrent what you just have downloaded! (step 1)\n
Copy file, (simple select file and press cmd-c )\n
Now go to Terminal (search Terminal in Spotlight) chalkboard-lookish app.\n
In this window you need to tip the following first:\n
chmod 777\n
Following a space and press cmd-v (paste), you'll see the ''url''-ish line after.\n
Should look like this:\n
chmod 777 /Downloads/Neverwinter Nights 2 - Mac - [h33t] [atlan]/Neverwinter Nights 2 [K].app/Contents/MacOS/iPatcher\n
Press Enter.\n
Now it will decrypt the iPatcher file.\n
4.Change permissions for change(Privilege) in the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 app (the installed app, step 2)\n
Go to the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 app in your application folder (if you choose to instal it there).\n
How to change permissions:\n
Get info (right click) -> scroll down to Sharing&Permissions -> change the Privilege by system and admin to:
Read & Write
Get Package contents and change the permissions of the following files:\n
- MacOS (folder itself* and the files in it!)\n
- Info.plist\n
- Pkginfo\n
- Resources* ,plus in this folder the .plist file and the .rsrc and the .icns files!.\n
5.Patch the Original Neverwinter Nights 2 app:\n
