Peter (Charlie Rowe) en zijn maatjes zijn een stel zakkenrollers die opgegroeid zijn in de straten van Londen. Dan worden ze opgetrommeld door hun mentor Jimmy Hook (Rhys Ifans) om een schat te stelen met magische krachten die hen naar een andere wereld transporteert. Deze andere wereld heet Neverland en is een rijk met jungles en legendarische mysteries van eeuwige jeugd. Daar worden ze geconfronteerd met een groep piraten geleid door de machtbeluste Elizabeth Bonny (Anna Friel) en een groep indianen, de Kaw Tribe genaamd.
