I`ve had this installed for a while now and been able to download updates also, try this - hope it helps -
1. First install the trail version fully.\n
2. Then, using Nero Control Center, enter the provided key.\n
3. When i did this i had Nero 11 - expirey date - Never, i then used the far left of the bottom icons in the Control\n
Center, this went to the relevant Nero Website and downloaded itself a 0.98GB upgrade to the full platinum version,\n
when this has downloaded you can choose which of it`s features you wish to have installed, and as it says it does\n
take a few minutes. I did all this and haqve been back to the nero site to download an upgrade\n
and to this moment it`s all still working great - No Hassles!!!
