NeoRAGEx Quick-start Guide

NeoRAGEx is the premiere emulator for the NeoGeo system. This excellent DOS-based emulator provides the most authentic emulation for the most NeoGeo games. Please note that NeoRAGEx may take some time to figure out, but trust us -- it's worth it!

NeoRAGEx requires DirectX 3.0 or higher to be installed on your computer. If you are using Windows 98, Windows NT, or Windows 2000, your computer probably already has DirectX installed. If you are using Windows 95, you may need to get DirectX and install it on your computer.
