install vcredist:visuall c++ ,x86-x64, search on google or kickass you can find vcredist full pack.
Before i explained about this release but someone deleted.It is.1.4 updated version and DLC depends on save game files, you need put someone elses save game.
There is another release on kickass only update and DLC save search it
