This is PC version of the Porsche Unleashed (2000) with patch v3.5 and crack.
Setup instructions are included within torrent.
This copy works on both Windows XP x86 and Windows 7 x86 and x64.

Game might crash sometimes, on certain levels.
Possible solution (worked for me):
Try to set COMPATIBILITY.

P.S. For me, compatibility was set on Windows XP SP3 and I use Win7 x64.
