To use extract using Winzip or any other program like it. Open the Trainer, then open the game and press the keys for the corresponding cheat/hack you want. I've tested this out myself and it does work.

NUMPAD 1 = INFINITE NITRO
NUMPAD 2 = INFINITE SCORE
NUMPAD 3 = ALWAYS 1ST
NUMPAD 4 = FREEZE TIMER
NUMPAD 5 = NEVER ARRESTED
NUMPAD 6 = QUICK EVADE
NUMPAD 7 = SUPER BREAK
NUMPAD 8 = NO CRASH
HOME = DISABLE ALL
