Hello folks!



Big thanks to Metallirat for the HDTV source!



From now on i'll probably always use +/-2200MB filesize for 720p resolution games. That way

you can burn 2 games onto a single DVD (DVD5).

The source file was 1080i, so i had to de-interlace it and also resize it. This does result

in some slight quality loss, but it still looks very nice. Also with the bitrate and settings

i used there wont be any serious 'blockiness' at all, so any noticable blocking was already

in the HDTV source file. Complain to ABC/ESPN for that. :)



If you can't play these MP4/x264/AAC files you can either install VLCplayer or if you

for instance have a HTPC running Windows Media Center Edition you can install the

decoder pack so you can watch these files (and MKV files) using Windows MCE (or windows

media player for that matter).

Video specs: 1280x720 @ 29.97FPS

Video compressor: x264 @ 2730Kbit 2-Pass

Audio specs: 48Khz Stereo

Audio compressor: WinAMP HE-AAC with PNS @ 45Kbit
