download the rar file and extract it(using winrar) on to desktop ..there are three files inside.copy the three of them and paste it on naruto installation directory(if it asks overwrite if any) and Voila the game works wit gamepad now .If you want to change the configuration Just go to installation directory(after you have done copy and paste) X360ce.ini(open it with notepad) and edit the settings of your gamepad and save them .
