I have it on good authority that some studios (ie: Blacked.com) bloat the size of their HD videos to DISCOURAGE and SLOW DOWN shared downloads. Don't fall for their nonsense. These two scenes are VISUALLY identical to the studio versions with much smaller file sizes. Yes, for often very complex reasons, some videos need more bandwidth than others. Speed of movement, high contrast and complex details (close ups of fishnet stockings for instance) all require higher bandwidth. My encode tricks take everything into account when I make a video encode. In these two scenes, the second one required almost 20% less bandwidth, mostly because one girl makes less motion and take up a lower percentage of the screen than two. :)
