0. make sure to turn-off any anti-virus, first!
1. install any virtual drive applications first such as Daemon Tools!
2. open Daemon Tools > Virtual Device Manager > disable: DT Adapter & SCSI Adapter, and enable: IDE Adapter; restart when it's asked to.
3. double click "Setup.exe" to begin installation > follow it's instructions
4. mount "NS-MYSIMS_SR-poseden.MDS" from "My Sims fixed image" folder
5. double click on "MySims.exe"
6. enjoy
