The great violist Lillian Fuchs made relatively few recordings - and, by extension, together with her equally great

brother Joseph. All the more reason to offer this Columbia issue from 1962.

Composed during the same period as the violin / viola duos, the Divertimento in E-flat major is given here a very fine

rendering by the Grumiaux Trio.
