Right now I'm getting 250 kBs Down, 80 kBs up.

When he says "closed av" he just means "disabled (closed) Anti Virus (av)" .
Disable that COMPLETELY & disconnect from the Internet.
Wait for it to complete. Maybe 1 hour . leave it alone.
It uses very high compression to get the small size.
Takes along time to install.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials, and I did the following:
*Disabled Real-Time Protection.
*Excluded the directories in which: The ISO file exist. The ISO file is mounted. The game is to be installed.
In the installation I choose:
*To install it in: D:GamesSOMMiddle Earth Shadow of Mordor Amgad
(I still don't know why it can't be on C:)
*Install All Required Softwares
*Patch Latest Crack Fix
*Install Latest Update
*Inject The Audio Files
*Delete Temp Files
After the installation is done I went to my Antivirus and:
*Removed from exclusion the directory in which the ISO file exist and the directory in which the ISO file is mounted.
*Enabled Real-Time Protection.
I then ran the game directly from where it's installed and spent a few minutes in the game.
I encountered the problem that many people mentioned, the cutscene loop.
This means that you can play the game just fine, but every time a cutscene is supposed to play a specific set of cutscenes play instead.
I tried closing the game, disabled Real-Time Protection, then running it again, but it didn't work.
Someone mentioned in the comments that the Antivirus blocked an executable called rebuild.exe and that's what caused the problem, I couldn't find this executable.
And I'm not willing to completely remove my protection program.
and i found out its a problem with only this repack..rest all the repacks are fine.
