Mount with PowerISO, DaemonTools, etc.
Open the mounted disc, Right-click and run Setup as Admin.
Choose your installation directory (choose one with plenty of space, or you will receive an error).
(Installation took about 15-20 minutes)
Once installation complete (you won't receive a pop-up confirming, the window will just disappear), Open the mounted disc again, if not still open, and open the CODEX folder.
Copy the x64 to the main directory that you chose above, replacing the files already there.
Double-click the shortcut icon, and voila!
Change any options in sound/video, etc. I have a GTX 460 with 6GB of RAM, and an Intel i7 950 Quad @ 3GHz and it auto selected Low for my graphics settings. Running a Benchmark (in-game option) had me at 30FPS average.
I will update accordingly after playing if I find anything worth updating about, otherwise enjoy and thank you.
It appears there is included DLC, as there is an option of changing your skin, but I don't know of any others, since I haven't done my research, or gotten far enough into the game.
