MediaTek's Maui META 3G v.6.1316.1 Mobile IMEI Utility.zip

This MediaTek Utility can do more than simple IMEI changes. I know little about it so search for it in YouTube to see how others are using it. I'm uploading it here because the only copies of it I could find on the Internet require people to jump through popup hoops and still they have a 90% chance of not finding it.
