1: copy all contents from "dlc" to your max payen 3 "dlc" folder
2: copy the "profile" to my documents/rockstar games/social club and paste
3: copy the files MaxPayne3.binkw32.dll.gsrld.dll to MaxPayne3 installed folder
4: play with PlayMaxPayne3.exe not with MaxPayne3.exe and click offline mode
