download this version ,its absolutely amazing ,it have everything + the small size ,u only need the latest patch http://kat.cm/max-payne-3-update-v1-0-0-114-reloaded-t7331557.html (dont forgat to get the latest social club) & the nolauncher fix http://www13.zippyshare.com/v/7481867/file.html ,no need to block any exe or anything ,just install the game (take 3hrs) > install the updates > the crack > the fix.
