I love the HE-AAC releases! What happened?

It was great, but HE-AAC is meant for low-bitrate applications, such as voice. It's rarely used for music, and the compatible bitrate modes are terrible (ABR, CVBR, CBR). AAC-LC supports True VBR and so I began using it starting with this release.
