Try installing Chelpus' modded Google Play. That should somehow bypass the system from validating the game. I used it to run Final Fantasy III on my smartphone.

Name is Magazine Mogul v1.0.3 but says flight simulator?

It's an automated process of Kat, they try to match the torrent with one of their list of games, but that sometimes fails (for example when it's not in the list).
