by making a batch file but i would recommend not to change the timezone it might mess up other things in your PC

Make a text file in your Metal gear folder and paste this in;

TZUTIL /s "China Standard Time"

start mgsvtpp.exe

timeout 90

TZUTIL /s "INSERT NAME OF TIME ZONE HERE"

Go to this website and find your timezone, and input the name of your timezone into where I mentioned.

Finally, click save as and put .bat at the end of the name of your file (for example, "run metal gear.bat" Then make a shortcut of that file to your desktop and use that .bat file to run metal gear.

How this works is it changes your time zone when you start the bat then opens 'mgstpp.exe' which it looks for in the same directory you made the .bat file in. It then starts a 90 second timer, which swaps your timezone back to the one you input into the code at the end of the timer.
