wat to do with this ? its saying 3dmgame.dll is missing

It's the cracked file. Turn off antivirus and windows defender before installing the game, then make an exception in them (if you have antivirus program that is) and then turn them on again. After that you can play the game.

Did you try changing your time zone to UTC +8h (Bejing, Hong Kong)? Run the game as admin to avoid crashes like that.

It works! Thanks man :) Otherwise all the games and programs run with admin. So every time before launching a game I have to adjust to the time zone (Bejing, Hong Kong)? And still there will be no problem? My game runs on High :D

No need to change it every time. There's a solution for that. You can bypass it by creating some text file and putting some lines in. Not sure really what. I've seen that in some other Mad Max torrents here. Go check some repacks of the game which have been uploaded in the last 24 hours and browse through comment section, sure you'll find it.
