I just setup a new partition for testing the server version but I don't see the lock at the bottom anywhere like you normally would. Your talking about within the install window, correct?

yes, the installation window. it is bundled with lion. sorry i'm just not sure

go to disk utility select your dvd/cd and click burn and find your .iso file or dmg
