Fully patched version of M4VGear 4.1.0 (2015)
Software is code-signed so Mac's Gate-Keeper won't complain.

After downloading DMG, simple mount, drag app into applications folder, then un-mount/delete DMG.

After launching app, enter any name/code into registration menu and you will have a fully functional version.
