Bill & Barbie Reynolds are originally from the West Indies & move in next to Eddie & his wife Joan.



The show was written with the idea of making race relations more harmonious by showing people how to laugh at themselves & their actions.



Eddie is a big talker, but usually backs down when Joan or Bill think he's gone to far.
