The contestants are flown into the Costa Rica jungle, 10 women in one plane and 10 men in the other plane. The host, Darren McMullen, welcomes the contestants to the adventure ahead of them. Each week the contestants will be teamed up as couples and will have to tackle an outdoor adventure together. There is a winning couple announced after each challenge and the lucky pair gets a night away from everyone else – at the “Oasis”. As the winning couple is enjoying the Oasis, the other contestants are left to decide if they are happy with their current partner or would rather get to know someone else. At the end of each episode two singles, one man and one woman are sent home.
