Well the quality Is Like the title says. It is the clearest and clean 10/10 to the Uploader and Thank you for Posting it. I think that The over all Album Was about 7/10 He Is still Living off the Hype from Previous Mixtapes And Albums.

you are 100% right Lil Wayne will be always Lil Wayne the beats are great shout to DJ Drama but the lyrics are mainly crazy there is no point just gathering words that rhymes and that attract people it is still like the old mixtapes and albums
