Encoders Notes:
I made a small avs script from the source to re-size & crop.
I dropped that into vdubmod & there i denoised it.
Then i lowered the brightness & saturation
I also increased the, gamma & contrast.
Finaly i changed the colours with a rgb eq & sharpened it.
It has the iwannadownload watermark on it as there is no point in removing it.
I did stretch it (resolution) a hell of alot, but your pc would of done that anyway.
It isnt that much better than the ts.
It is watchable but its not spectacular.
The a:r is off, but i wanted to make it 16:9 (full screen) not 4:3/3:2
