Letters from an Indian Clerk (1987)

A 1987 documentary about the life of Srinivasa Ramanujan, the self-taught mathematical genius. This film tells of his journey to England and Trinity College in Cambridge, at the invitation of G.H. Hardy, one of the 20th century's greatest mathematical figures.

The documentary was broadcast in 1987 on Channel 4 (UK). It was thought up, and directed by, Christopher Sykes.
