Let's Learn Japanese Basic I, made in the mid 1980's, consists of 26 lessons presented by Mary Althaus. The lessons are thirty minutes long and include the skits about Yan's life in Japan working as an architect and a number of short skits featuring Mine-san, Sugihara-san and Kaiho-san.
