Let's All Sing With The Chipmunks (1959)

Let’s All Sing With the Chipmunks is the debut album of Alvin and the Chipmunks. It is an interactive children's novelty album. The songs on the record are a mixture between cover versions of children's songs in the public domain and customized original musical material. In its original release, the album was very successful on the charts peaking at #4 on the Billboard Pop Albums Chart, making it the highest peaking album for the Chipmunks in their "singing careers". The album would eventually earn a Grammy for Best Recording for Children in 1960.

This is the first of many Chipmunks albums I'll be uploading. I'll (at least) be uploading all of the albums from the 60's, and probably some from the 80's. However, certain 60's album might be uploaded out of order. A few albums from the 60's (The Chipmunks Sing With Children being the worst of them all) have CD that's pretty cruddy, so I have to clean them up.. 1 album (The Chipmunks see Doctor Dolittle) has never gotten a CD release, so all I can do for that one is clean up a vinyl rip, unless a audio cassette rip pops up on the web, in which case I'll use whichever one is better. So they might not be uploaded in the correct order, but I DO have them all, and I WILL be uploading all of them. After the 60's records, I'll bee doing as many as I can from the 80's, but a lot more from that era are only available on vinyl and cassette. When the 60's era is done, I'll make a list of any albums I'm looking for in better quality.
