Easy instructions:
1. Extract downloaded zip file
2. Put the extracted folder to your external MicroSD
3. Turn off your phone
4. Hold and press Volume Up+Down+Power button and wait for TWRP splash
5. Select ADVANCE > Wipe Dalvik Cache and Data
6. Reboot to recovery
7. Select RESTORE
8. Search the file then swipe to confirm
9. Wait till it restored then reboot device
