1) Don't complain. The HEVC can be played on your TV if you can figure out how to use Plex with a roku/fire tv/xbox etc. HEVC is used for a smaller file size, and while it might not be totally necessary, it's my preference. Feel free to re-encode to H264 yourself if you want to play it directly, or better yet, learn how to rip it from the website for yourself.

2) It is being seeded. The problem is nobody else seeds. I have numerous uploads where I have a 30+ ratio, yet I'm the only seeder. It's getting really fucking frustrating when this happens over and over again.

If you actually tell me how you're planning on watching it on your TV (xbox, ps4, etc.), I might be able to help you with it. It'll look really shitty given that it's 360p with a low bit rate, but when I uploaded the 720p copies, even less people seeded than there are now.

I mean I uploaded the files 30+ times. I thought that this was the last ESDS that I uploaded when I wrote that. The LOS seem to be seeded decently, it's just the other shows where people don't seed.
