Its true the quality after season 6 lowers significantly but this is because (for whatever reasons) there were no DVD box sets released of season 7 onwards. So, unless you managed to copy seasons from Netflix or Hulu you will not see DVD quality of S07-S13 up online.
With this being said the quality for Season 7-13 in this torrent really isn't that bad. Sound is fine and Video is very watchable. Still much better than many of the older cartoons being posted. I'd rate it A-8 V-6.5

audio sync is off on a lot of videos\n

considering seasons 1-6 are "DVD rips", I would have hoped / expected the quality & filesize to be reasonable...\n

Unless you're absolutely desperate, don't bother with this torrent.
