King Kong 1933 - in colour (WOBF) avi

i first saw this in the 70s when i was a kid+loved it,always been a fave+now i have it in colour so wish 2 share with me torrent m8ys.......

This is alledgedly a collectors item,obviously colour but the deleted scenes are cut back in ,in this,the "british version"
The master was lost during ww2 when all works of art & other such ludicrous things(a painting is more precious than human life!)were stored after fears of a nuclear attack by germany on america(crazy eh-no actually!)
The original print negs were found in a loft in the uk & sold as unkown at a car boot sale !!! they eventually found thier way home & in 1973 the colourisation began.ok its not hd,3d super widescreen ,wipe yer backside excellent-this was made in 1933,during the worst world recession ever(100 times worse than the crap we live with now)-the scenery for kong was all recycled from other movies,faye wray was 3rd choice actress after it was discovered that a girl with dark hair was a bad contrast on film.so wray was cast & started filming on a beach in california with a rolling projector behind her +the driscoll charactor .
The original was cut by some 11 mins due to compliants-the following...
kong touching wray+sniffing his fingers(which is what gorillas do!!)
kong biting heads off the island inhabitants in his quest to find wray
kong throwing women from buildings in new york in the 3rd act "pay off"
wrays breast partially exposed in a water scene.

the water/raft scene was cut as it showed american sailors being killed+it was thought it would stop drafts+people joining the future war effort/s-for me it was one of the eeriest+clever scenes in the whole film....

Remember this was made with a giant hand,a projector & a clay/foam/rubber model some 15 ins high(preserved in a museum to this day)& was the jurassic park of its day.
Ok the colourisation could be better(i was impressed tbh its pretty cool) & its in the queue for digital colourisation,as are some 22 million other films,adverts,preserved items etc-the wait for some companies is 10 years+its not a short process-hopefully the new digi ones will speed this up & we will be able to enjoy more of these.
catch 22 is that once coloured many are NOT released! like chaplin films,some sherlock holmes ones were(scarlett claw & woman in green)with basil rathbone & nigel bruce.
