Okay for all those who are having issues with changing the language..getting "ACCESS DENIED" when trying to RENAME and SAVE the file.

Follow these simple steps:

1) Copy the rev.ini file to your desktop
2)Open the rev.ini file (which you saved on the desktop)
3)EDIT the rev.ini Language = English
4) Save it
5) Delete your old rev.ini file (which is orginally in the game folder which is having the Russian language)
6) Copy your rev.ini file from you Desktop to your game folder
7) ENJOY BITCHES !! LOL
