They must learn the art of adding value - icing and decorating their own themed brand of cupcakes and selling them to the public in one of the country's leading department stores. As Nick and Karren look on, one team fails to rise to the challenge, and once again a candidate will hear Lord Sugar's final words "You're fired" as they are shown the door for good.
