Save the Country The band had hit the charts in '68 with a version of Dylan's "This Wheel's on Fire" (charting at #5 in the UK). Streetnoise followed in '69. This was the second album by Driscoll/Auger, the first being "Open" in '67. Streetnoise (produced by Giogio Gomelesky) is driven by Driscoll's voice and Auger's Hammond in a heady blend of jazz, blues and psychedelic rock influences. Interestingly, the album cover and credits have changed over the years... originally Julie Driscoll, Brian Auger & The Trinity, it occasionally morphed into Brian Auger, Julie Driscoll etc. - also, the cover seems to have spun on its axis a few times. - Bish Related Torrents
