this did not work so well on my Kindle, but it was readable with a bit of effort and I truly appreciate you putting it up. I was not able to finish it. I get migraines. People should still give it a try. If you too get a migraine just get it at the library or something. Not being critical, just said it for information. I might have messed it up myself in Calibre, to be fair. It went on the Kindle as PDF. I have never had that happen before. Thanks again.
