Jolly Days (ಜಾಲಿಡೇಸ್) is a 2009 Kannada film directed by M D Shridhar. A remake of the superhit 2007 Telugu film Happy Days, Jolly Days stars a team of youngsters led by Aishwarya Nag.

The film follows the life of 8 engineering students starting from the first day of their college to their last day. The group finds love, friendship, trust and betrayal in the process.
