I guess the rip was good, but the actual bluray source looks to be crap. Dirt on the film, audio levels all over the place, and the picture is grainy as hell.

wouldn't be an issue with the Blu-Ray, but rather with the source film..realize it was filmed in 1995, HD standards weren't in place yet.
