Now that I've (substantially) upgraded my computer, I've begun encoding these shows using the x264 codec which should eliminate the strange playback problems in certain players that some people have complained of. The files should now be standardized for compatibility and play on nearly anything. Many thanks to Oxhand for helping me get my encoding setup figured out!
