You Burn this to a DVD (.iso and .mds included in the download).
To play this you need a Blu-Ray player that supports AVCHD (most do), and an HDMI connection to a receiver that supports DTS-HD MA (or your Blu-Ray player can decode it, with 6 or 8 analog connections to your receiver).

There are also software based players, such as Total Media Theater, that can play this.
The lossless audio can also be extracted to multi-channel wav or flac. I see some of DKA's projects on this site have instructions for that included (He Rocks!)
