First of all, you can burn 703MB on a 700MB CD *without* overburning, as weird as it may sound, so this actually fits on a 700MB CD (I burned one myself for testing).



The video was encoded with DivX 6.8.2 without targeting a specific bitrate, but with quantizer setting of 5 (same quality for all frames regardless of the bitrate required) and with all possible quality optimizations that still fit in the "Home Theater" profile (so you can burn it on a cd and watch it with any DivX player).
