Jeeves and Wooster Series 1

This series was an adaption of P.G Wodehouse's Jeeves stories and features Hugh Laurie as Bertie Wooster and Stephen Fry as his butler Jeeves. Both actors appeared in the earlier comedy series A Bit of Fry and Laurie and gained fame playing numerous characters in Blackadder. Hugh Laurie has recently gained quite a profile for his portrayal of Gregory House in the American drama series House M.D so this may provide an interesting contrast by showing him in a foppish and rather foolish role which seemed to be the norm throughout his earlier comedic career.
