His career has encompassed banking, bookselling and thirteen years in the airline business. He has also presented book reviews for BBC local radio and several independent stations. ABOUT THE READER Andrew Wincott was born in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England and graduated from Christ Church, Oxford, and trained as an actor at the Webber Douglas Academy. He has performed Shakespeare (Twelfth Night, As You Like It, Romeo And Juliet, Othello), Shaw (Candida, The Philanderer, Village Wooing), Shaffer (Sleuth) and Molière (Tartuffe) in UK repertory theatres including Perth.
